Coherence Training begins with a sensor is either placed on the ear. The monitor invites you to 'Listen to the Coach' whilst watching rhythmic ball regulate the speed of your breathing, this can be adjusted at any time to ensure your comfort. You are then encouraged to center your thoughts and visualise the breath entering your heart. The steady rhythm of the animation on the screen assists in this process. Gradually you will begin to experience coherence of heart, breath and mind. Symultaneously, emWave PC collects pulse data and translates cherence information into user-friendly graphs displayed on the computer monitor.
There are also several interactive games to chose from which are designed to help you transform stress into creative energy. As each level is attained, the ability to sustain coherence becomes stronger. This is a very satisfying and rewarding experience.
We can then change the screen to a choice of animations which are designed for training visualisation. These encourage learning the art of relaxation by the patterns moving as they interact with the level of your coherence and strengthen your ability to self-generate positive emotions.
Data is stored and at any time during the session, a window can be accessed to show your Heart Rhythm pattern, Coherence Level and AC scores. A record of each session is kept and shown on a progress chart.
